The Operational Challenge

The Colombian Federation of Educators (FECODE) urgently needed to train over 40,000 teachers in urban and rural areas on digital teaching methodologies. With many teachers located in extremely low-bandwidth areas, traditional systems like generic Moodle failed to load videos, and live broadcasts collapsed under massive concurrent access loads.

The Ingruvo Solution

We engineered and deployed a highly tailored digital education platform:
1.

Optimized Distribution (HLS & CDN): We implemented HLS streaming that dynamically adjusts video quality (from 240p to 1080p) based on each teacher's internet speed. We integrated AWS CloudFront to cache multimedia content across local edge nodes in Colombia.

2.

Lightweight MVC Architecture: We designed a lightweight PHP 8.x core with asynchronous database operations for real-time progress reports and tests.

3.

Corporate Educational Materials: We produced illustrated interactive guides and visual micro-courses that load under 1.5MB of data per module.
